DriverFinder is a simple, neat and handy application that lets you quickly and easily update your obsolete drivers. Keeping your drivers up-to-date is a very smart idea as outdated drivers pose security risks and can harm the performance level of your computer. Since manually checking the drivers for their latest versions and installing these latest versions is pretty difficult, a handy program like DriverFinder that automates these tasks is more than welcome.
DriverFinder is very accurate, it will correctly detect your PC model and the hardware devices connected to it and it will compare the installed drivers to an online database of the latest, updated drivers. Scanning the system for outdated drivers will be performed very quickly, and the detected drivers will be conveniently listed and sorted by type. As you can see, using this tool is really simple and easy. DriverFinder’s interface is straightforward, intuitive, and streamlined for convenience. Before performing any actual changes, DriverFinder can back up the state of the currently installed drivers.
The only problem with this tool is the fact that the free trial version only lists the drivers that were detected to be outdated, but it doesn’t perform any actual download and installation of the new versions. Purchasing the full version is required in order to apply the updates too. Other than that, DriverFinder looks pretty neat and handy, so I’d say it’s worth a try.
